Cyber risk analytics provider CyberCube has expanded its presence in the DACH region (Central European countries of Germany, Austria and Switzerland) through a new partnership with KOBAN SÜDVERS, one of Austria’s top insurance brokers.

The agreement marks CyberCube’s first broker client in the Austrian market.

KOBAN SÜDVERS is an internationally active consulting and brokerage company with 11 offices in Austria and is a member of the Worldwide Broker Network (WBN).

The company has extensive experience as an owner-managed entity, serving private, commercial and industrial clients.

Through this partnership, KOBAN SÜDVERS will empower CyberCube’s brokerage manager and readiness modules to provide data-driven insights into clients’ cyber risk exposure and security posture.

Adopting CyberCube’s analytical capabilities will enable brokers to expand their advisory capabilities and differentiate their service offerings in the local market.

Florian Traussnig, Managing Director Risk & Insurance Technology at KOBAN SÜDVERS, said: “We are actively growing our cyber insurance portfolio and advancing our cyber strategy, creating a strong combination with CyberCube’s analytical capabilities.

“Using Broking Manager will enable us to deliver more sophisticated, quantifiable insights to our clients, solidifying our position as a trusted cyber risk advisor.”

Nate Brink, Head of Broker Partnerships at CyberCube, added: “This partnership demonstrates both our continued momentum in Europe and the strength of our collaboration within the WBN network. KOBAN SÜDVERS has a clear commitment to advancing its network offering and we are pleased to be able to support its ambitions with our analysis.”
