CRC Group, an independent wholesale specialty insurance distributor, has appointed Chris Grady as President of CRC Specialty and Benefits, following the creation of a new senior leadership position within the business.
The newly established role will see Grady take responsibility for leadership across CRC Specialty and Benefits. According to CRC Group, the appointment is intended to support the division’s wider growth plans, improve operational delivery and encourage closer collaboration between its Specialty and Benefits businesses.
Grady will report to Neil Kessler, CEO of CRC Specialty and Benefits, while continuing to sit on CRC Group’s Executive Leadership Team. In his new position, he will work alongside the division’s leadership team on its strategic priorities and future development.

Grady has been involved in the company’s development over a number of years, contributing to its growth as an independent specialty distribution and underwriting business. Prior to his appointment, he was responsible for Corporate Development and Strategy at CRC Group, where he worked on strategic initiatives across the wider organisation.
