Global specialist insurer and reinsurer Brit Group Holdings Limited has hired Lloyd’s of London’s Jane Bioletti as its new head of operations, reporting to the company’s director of operations, Susan Andrew.
Bioletti joined Brit in December from the specialist Lloyd’s insurance and reinsurance market, where she was most recently director of licensing, leading Lloyd’s licensing oversight and operations.
She joined Lloyd’s as a graduate in 2013 and was appointed Compliance Coordinator, Authorized Bodies in 2015 and subsequently became Authorized Third Party Manager and Authorized Bodies Manager in 2020.
In 2021, Bioletti served as senior licensing authority and digital tools manager before assuming his most recent role with the company in May 2023.
In her new role, she will be a member of the operational leadership team dedicated to leading and delivering continuous improvements in Brit’s underwriting services.
Andrew said: “Continuous improvement of processes and data quality across our underwriting teams is an important driver of Brit’s market leadership. Jane brings a wide range of expertise and experience, including delivering operational change and digital transformation, and has a deep understanding of the market having worked at Lloyd’s for over a decade.
