Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI), a global commercial property and casualty insurance provider and part of the Berkshire Hathaway group, has announced the promotion of Virginie Pelletier to Head of Executive & Professional Liability (E&P) in France.
Pelletier brings six years of experience at BHSI to the Paris-based position, having most recently served as Manager, Directors & Officers (D&O).
In that role, she helped grow BHSI’s Management Liability business in France and played an active role in building the team.

In her new capacity, Pelletier will oversee BHSI’s broader Executive & Professional (E&P) capabilities in France, which include D&O, Employment Practices Liability (EPL), Fiduciary/Pension Trustee Liability, and Cyber insurance.
BHSI’s proprietary D&O policy provides primary capacity for companies and their management and supports multinational programs for organisations with exposures in France and across BHSI’s global network.
