Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI), Berkshire Hathaway’s provider of commercial property, casualty and specialty insurance, has appointed Rory O’Broin as global head of transaction liability.
In this role, O’Broin will be responsible for overseeing BHSI’s transaction liability operations globally. He has extensive international experience in M&A related transaction liability, contingency and tax liability insurance, and has a strong legal background advising on complex cross-border transactions. He will be based in the company’s London office.
