Bay Harbor Re, a reinsurance company specialising in property and casualty business, has announced the appointment of three new team members: Kelly Skogheim (ACAS), Mya Price, and Ben Krehbiel.
Skogheim joins Bay Harbor Re as Senior Actuarial Data Scientist. According to the company, Skogheim becomes its fifth team member to hold an ACAS designation and brings more than 10 years of experience in developing large-scale pricing, loss and reserving models.
Price has joined Bay Harbor Re’s Finance division as Company Accountant, and brings five years of experience in the role.
Krehbiel joins the company’s Underwriting team, bringing experience from his previous position as Director of Programme Underwriting at a global property and casualty carrier. In that role, he specialised in managing general agent (MGA)-incubated business.
The three appointments add actuarial, financial and underwriting experience across its business as the company continues to build its team.
