AXA XL, AXA’s property, casualty and specialty risk division, has appointed Greg Carnazza as regional head of construction property for the Americas.
In this new role, he will be based in Atlanta and report to Jon Tellekamp, Chief Underwriting Officer, AXA XL Construction.
Carnazza will oversee the development and execution of the company’s construction real estate strategy in the Americas, focusing on innovative risk transfer solutions, strengthening client relationships and growing the company’s underwriting capabilities.
Most recently, Carnazza served as head of U.S. construction risk underwriting at AIG. He has ten years of expertise in real estate and construction risk management, as well as experience assessing and mitigating complex construction risks.
