Asta, an independent provider of professional underwriting platforms and services to the global insurance market, announced the launch of MGA Verde Risk Management Limited (Verde), with FCA regulatory approval in December 2025.
Verde specializes in the financial sector, including commercial crime, management liability and financial institutions, and will serve clients in the UK, European and international markets.
The company will operate as an appointed representative of Asta Underwriting Management Ltd (AUML), Asta’s MGA platform, which will provide full operational, regulatory and professional support. As Verde develops, it will also enter the European market through Asta’s platform in Brussels.
Leadership roles will be taken by James Pallett and James Reynolds, both of whom bring extensive financial expertise and long-standing relationships with reputable intermediaries.
