Ariel Re, a global reinsurance business, has appointed Tamsin Webster as Chief People Officer.
Most recently, she served at ECI Partners as Head of People, establishing the firm’s first internal HR function and strengthening its leadership succession planning.
Webster has over two decades of experience in global human resources leadership across financial services, technology and private equity-backed businesses.
In the past, she has served as the Chief People Officer at Fulcrum Asset Management, and led the expansion of the people function to support the firm’s growth.
In the past, Webster has held senior HR leadership roles at UBS, BlackRock, and Lloyds Banking Group, alongside advising high-growth businesses on leadership, organisational design and culture.
