The Ardonagh Group, a large independent insurance distribution platform, has announced the appointment of Mallory Motley as Head of International Placement.
Motley will work as part of the firm’s Group Placement team, led by Ron Hayes, and play a key role in advancing Ardonagh’s approach to international markets. She will work with businesses across the Group to identify opportunities to deliver greater value for clients.
She brings more than 16 years of experience across the North American and London insurance markets, with expertise in placement strategy, distribution and insurer-facing consulting.
Motley joins Ardonagh from TMF Group, where she served as Global Head of Corporate Clients, Client Strategy and Commercial Operations.
In this role, she led the firm’s global sales, marketing and commercial operations teams and delivered significant growth across its Corporate business.
Prior to that, she spent almost a decade at Marsh in various senior roles across the UK and US. Most recently, she was Managing Director in Marsh’s Insurer Consulting Group in the UK and Ireland, where she managed relationships with global insurers and led the development of its insurer advisory proposition.
