Arch Insurance International, part of Arch Capital Group and a multi-disciplinary specialist insurance solutions provider, has promoted Sophie Law to Cyber ​​Underwriting Manager, effective immediately.
In his new role, Law is based in London and reports to James Barrett, head of networks and healthcare.
She will oversee underwriting activities across the entire cyber portfolio, covering cyber, technical errors and omissions (E&O) and media E&O across a broad range of sectors and industries.
Law has nearly 13 years of underwriting experience, most recently as a senior cyber underwriter. She joined Arch in 2019, having previously held underwriting roles at Barbican and Hiscox.
Commenting on the promotion, Barrett commented: “Sophie has built a reputation for her underwriting excellence and building trusting relationships with brokers and clients in dynamic and rapidly evolving online markets.
