Global insurance intermediary platform ANV Group Holdings Ltd. has completed the acquisition of London-based specialist insurance distribution platform Iris Insurance Brokers Ltd.
Founded in 2000, Iris operates through three core divisions: Lloyd’s Wholesale Broking, Blink Intermediary Solutions and Vivid Underwriters.
The integration of these divisions enables ANV to expand its retail and wholesale distribution network across the UK, tapping directly into Lloyd’s expertise and establishing a UK-based MGA incubator through Vivid.
This new incubator complements the company’s U.S.-based incubator, ANV LaunchPad, which was launched in May 2026.

The transaction was originally announced in March 2026 and has received all necessary regulatory approvals.
