SSpecialist marine general agency (MGA) Amphitrite Underwriting London has announced the appointment of Jack Thompson as war underwriter with immediate effect.
In his new role, he will support the further development of Amphitrite’s marine warfare products, delivering responsive and efficient solutions to the changing needs of the marine industry.
Thompson will be based in London and report to Ben Jones.

During his tenure, he grew the business to its largest size to date while developing strong relationships throughout the shipping industry.
Thompson began his career at Markel, where he trained as an underwriter.
