Xceedance, known for its consulting, technology, data and operational solutions for insurance institutions, has expanded its footprint in Asia with the launch of a new talent center in Manila, Philippines.
The addition is designed to enhance the company’s ability to provide ongoing support to more than 350 customers in various geographies. It will also facilitate smoother coordination with existing centers in India, Poland and the United States.
The Philippines was chosen because of its skilled workforce, English proficiency, cultural alignment with international markets, and cost-effective business environment, which are factors that support the growth of insurance-related businesses and digital services.
Subramanian Sankaran, President and Global Chief Operating Officer of Xceedance, commented: “The addition of Manila to our global delivery network is a strategic step forward in our copyright outsourcing journey. It enhances our ability to provide true ’round the clock’ support to our clients, ensuring seamless, round-the-clock service delivery. More importantly, it deepens our commitment to working with insurance companies by delivering scalable, domain-led solutions backed by an outstanding talent pool in the Philippines.”
Amit Tiwari, president of Xceedance Europe, Middle East and Africa and Asia Pacific, said: “The Philippines has become a vibrant center for insurance operations and our expansion in Manila enables the company to serve regional and global clients more efficiently. We are delighted to welcome talented professionals from the region and look forward to establishing a center of excellence that blends insurance expertise, technology and innovation.”
The move highlights the company’s intention to expand its global footprint and strengthen support for all parts of the insurance value chain.
