Willis, a WTW company, announced three leadership appointments at FINEX North America to strengthen its network strategy and client engagement capabilities.
Annie Ma has been appointed as FINEX North America Network Director.
In this role, she will set the strategic direction for the cyber practice and oversee day-to-day management in the United States, Canada and Bermuda.
Jack Ma has more than a decade of experience in online leadership roles. She joined Willis in October 2025 as head of growth for FINEX North America, where she is responsible for developing growth strategies across all financial product line segments.
Prior to joining Willis, she spent ten years at Marsh McLennan, where she held positions including senior vice president, network practice and west region regional leader.
Rob Barberi has been appointed to the newly created position of Head of Client Engagement for FINEX North America.
In this role, Barberi will lead FINEX’s client engagement efforts and help coordinate strategic priorities across business lines.
He has more than 20 years of industry experience and will continue to serve as Chief Customer Officer for Willis’ Cyber ​​business.
Additionally, Charles Leonard has been appointed Head of Network Strategy and Execution for FINEX North America.
In this newly created role, he will work with regional leaders to implement strategy across the entire customer portfolio, further develop middle-market customer solutions and help advance Willis’ networked digital experiences.
Most recently, Leonard served as Southeast Regional Network Leader. Prior to joining Willis, he served as an underwriter at Markel after serving 10 years in the United States Marine Corps.
