Global property and casualty reinsurer RenaissanceRe (RenRe) has appointed Paloma Quiroga Arias as senior vice president (SVP) for client data and analytics.
Arias has extensive experience in reinsurance, corporate strategy, research, data analytics and consulting.
Prior to joining RenRe, she served as Head of Risk Consulting and Analysis at Swiss Re for nearly three years.
Prior to that, Arias spent nearly a decade at Aon in a variety of senior roles, most recently as head of value expression for Aon Reinsurance Solutions.
In December 2025, Arias commented on her departure from Swiss Re: “This year is coming to an end, and so is my career and journey with Swiss Re. It has been an incredibly enriching experience that has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally.”
