RT Specialty, the wholesale brokerage arm of Ryan Specialty, announced the promotion of Will Jacob to president of RT Connector in Chicago.
Jacob has been with Ryan Specialty for nearly ten years, most recently as Chief Underwriting Officer for RT Connector, and joined the Digital Platforms team in its early stages.
Under his leadership, the platform is focused on speed, simplicity and efficiency, enabling users to streamline marketing and gain instant access to a wide range of products and services across different risks and carriers.
Under Will’s guidance and in collaboration with RT Connector team members, each product in the eMarketplace is carefully designed to provide immediate solutions, eliminate paperwork and reduce friction.
The company explained that any risks beyond the scope of RT Connector are automatically submitted to RT Specialty underwriters or brokers for expert processing.
