Price Forbes has appointed Gareth Davies as executive vice president and head of real estate, effective immediately. Davies will be based in Bermuda and lead the strategic development and growth of the company’s real estate division.
Davis has thirty years of industry experience and prior to joining Price Forbes, he served as a real estate executive in Lockton.
Prior to that, he held senior positions at JLT Specialty and RK Harrison, and earlier in his career worked for AIG, Marsh and Johnson & Higgens.
“His extensive local experience and ability to develop innovative solutions will be a valuable resource as the team continues to strengthen its market position,” Price Forbes explained.
Davies will report to Price Forbes Bermuda chief executive Carrie Kelley commented: “Gareth’s impressive experience and deep market knowledge enable him to start quickly in his role with us.
