The NEXROC Group, a global investment and holding company, has announces its intention to commence tender offers for two publicly listed insurance/" style="color:#c0392b;font-weight:700;text-decoration:underline;" class="hta-topic-link">life insurance companies, one in the United States and one in Australia.
According to the announcement, NEXROC is moving forward with the insurance acquisitions as part of the first stage of its roll-up strategy beginning next year.
Under the transaction framework, both target insurers will become part of NEXROC’s insurance platform, NEXLIFE Group.
The firm stated that following the transaction, each acquired company is to continue to operate independently under the platform’s umbrella, while gaining access to the parent group’s capital resources.
The insurance acquisitions represent a strategic pivot toward asset diversification and origination. By establishing its presence in both North America and the Asia-Pasific region, NEXROC aims to secure long-duration liabilities to back its expanding asset-generation initiatives.
NEXROC expects to begin private negotiations with each company’s management and board on October 12, 2026, and intends to launch the Australian off-market takeover offer and the US tender offer by November 10, 2026.
