Munich Re (Munich Re), a global reinsurance and risk management company headquartered in Germany, announced that Leonie Schubert will serve as global head of capital partners, effective March 1, 2026.
From March to June 2026, Schubert will co-lead the Capital Partners division with retiring August Proebstl.
Interim co-leadership arrangements are designed to provide continuity and facilitate a structured transition for employees and business partners.
Schubert brings experience in strategy and capital markets with a focus on sustainable value creation.
She is expected to work with the Capital Partners leadership team to continue the division’s strategic growth and strengthen its position in international investment and capital markets.
