Jensten Group, a provider of insurance services in the UK, has entered into an agreement to acquire Coversure Midlands, further strengthening its regional footprint and UK broking capabilities.
Coversure Midlands is an independent insurance broker and the largest franchise within Jensten Group’s Coversure network. It operates with around 30 colleagues and has strong expertise across commercial and personal lines.
Operating from two offices in the Midlands and one in Kent, the business includes two online quote-and-buy specialisms, Boxguard and Fastquote, demonstrating the diversity of insurance businesses that the Coversure network can support, develop and help grow.
The acquisition further underscores how Jensten supports members throughout the full lifecycle of their businesses. From helping entrepreneurs establish and grow successful brokerages through the Coversure network to acquiring businesses when owners are ready to retire and realise the value they have created, Jensten provides long-term support and continuity at every stage.
As part of Jensten, Coversure Midlands will benefit from greater scale, enhanced market access and specialist expertise, while maintaining its local focus and online presence.
