JB Boda & Co., the overseas arm of international re/insurance brokerage JB Boda Group, announced the appointment of Rajesh Sinha as CEO and Managing Director of Asia Pacific.
Rajesh is a globally recognized insurance and reinsurance executive and a seasoned C-suite leader, bringing over 36 years of regional and international experience to the position.
Based in Singapore, he is strategically tasked with accelerating growth and strengthening JBBoda’s presence in key markets in the Asia Pacific region.
In his new role, the executive will lead the company’s regional strategy, client engagement and market expansion for treaty reinsurance and facultative reinsurance.
Over the course of his distinguished career, Rajesh has built a strong reputation as an accident and health (A&H) expert and transformation leader.
He has extensive experience spanning the entire insurance value chain across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and CIS regions, including underwriting, product development, distribution strategy and navigating complex multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments.
Prior to joining JBBoda, Rajesh held senior leadership roles in various reputed global organizations such as AIG APAC, Markel International, Chubb, First Capital Insurance (Fairfax Group), AIG Middle East, Africa & CIS and Tata AIG.
