Gallagher Re, the global reinsurance brokerage and advisory firm owned by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., has appointed Sisouda Dayre as director of operations for Asia Pacific.
In her new role, Dayre will work with colleagues across the region to support operational excellence, drive transformation initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
She is an operational leader with a proven track record of scaling and transforming insurance businesses in Asia Pacific.
Dayre has led large multi-market teams and driven end-to-end operational excellence in underwriting, claims, policy administration and servicing.
Prior to joining Gallagher Re, she served as regional head of health operations for Asia Pacific at Allianz, where she was responsible for leading health operations across the Asia Pacific market and was responsible for driving transformation and operational excellence.
During her time at Allianz, she held a number of senior leadership roles, including Regional Head of Protection and Resilience for Allianz Asia Pacific and Global Resilience and Security Manager for Allianz Partners. Prior to joining Allianz, she spent five years at Société Générale.
