DUAL Group, an international professional underwriting institution, announced the promotion of Scott Sayce to Group Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), effective April 1, 2026.
In his new role, Sayce will report to DUAL Group CEO Richard Clapham and will also join the DUAL Group Executive Committee.
He has more than two decades of industry experience with underwriting and portfolio execution expertise spanning cyber, financial product lines and specialty insurance.
Sayce will join DUAL in September 2024 as Group Chief Innovation Officer. Prior to this, he spent three years as head of global networks for Allianz Commercial.
Previously he was head of financial operations and networks at AXA Group and head of networks, technology and life sciences at CNA Hardy.
Clapham commented: “Scott has made a significant contribution to DUAL since joining us two years ago, bringing with him a wealth of industry experience. Scott will combine a deep understanding of underwriting with a real commercial outlook. In his new role, he will continue to drive our innovation agenda and ensure our strategy remains focused on how to add real tangible value to our strategic partners. Most recently, Scott Working closely with our regional teams, we have launched a new global network capability that is now available in multiple regions to provide better solutions for our brokers and their clients.
