domusIQ Inc, an AI-powered analytics platform for commercial real estate, has launched domusIQ Risk Holding (Bermuda), a global risk, advisory and capital services business providing data-led, technology-enabled risk management and insurance solutions to commercial real estate owners worldwide.
Donald Harrell will lead domusIQ Risk Holding (Bermuda) as Global Chief Executive Officer, Insurance.
Harrell brings more than 35 years of specialty insurance and reinsurance experience, having held senior leadership positions at Willis Re, Aspen Insurance, Liberty International, CV Starr and AIG.
In addition, domusIQ has launched its UK MGA, domusIQ MGA (UK), which began underwriting on 1 August 2026 and is hosted on the Davies MGA Services Limited platform (DMGA).
The UK MGA is the first of several planned insurance businesses expected to be established across the US, EU, Bermuda and other international markets under the domusIQ Risk Holding (Bermuda) umbrella.
Jordan Moss will lead the UK MGA as Chief Executive Officer, bringing two decades of experience at Lockton, where he advised on and placed UK and European real estate insurance programmes and specialty solutions into the London market. He also has a strong track record in digital product development and transformation.
Moss is joined by Gemma Jarrett as Chief Underwriting Officer. She brings more than 15 years of broking, MGA and insurance operations experience across the London and UK markets, specialising in delegated authority and MGA build-outs.
Stuart Somerville has also joined as Head of Property, bringing more than 20 years of London Market real estate underwriting experience. This includes building a profitable real estate portfolio from inception as Head of Real Estate at Everest. Somerville previously held senior roles at Tokio Marine Kiln, Aviva and Zurich.
Tania Hughes joins as Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than 15 years of experience in insurance strategy, operations and business transformation. She has a strong track record of delivering strategic and operational change and led the operational build and launch of domusIQ’s UK MGA.
The UK MGA has secured A-rated multi-line capacity of £25 million for property and £10 million for liability and casualty lines through Bridgehaven’s hybrid fronting model.
The MGA will focus on underwriting commercial real estate, residential and commercial property owners and commercial combined risks.
Harrell said, “The launch of domusIQ Risk Holding marks a significant step in bringing data-led, technology-enabled underwriting to real estate markets globally. Having spent my career in specialty insurance and reinsurance, I know the value that real-time building data can bring to pricing and managing risk. The UK launch, led by Jordan and his team, is the first step in building a truly global underwriting business, with Europe and the US to follow.”
Moss commented, “We are delighted to be launching in the UK as the first market for domusIQ Underwriting, and to be working with Davies, Bridgehaven and our reinsurers on this important step in our growth. With technology embedded at the core of our proposition, combined with Davies’ platform expertise, we believe this launch will deliver real value for the evolving needs of our clients and the market.”
Paul Jewell, Chief Executive Officer of Bridgehaven, said, “We are pleased to support the launch of domusIQ Underwriting through our hybrid fronting model, backed by a strong panel of Arated capacity. domusIQ’s data-led approach to underwriting real estate risk reflects our desire to work with innovative underwriting teams and we look forward to a long and successful partnership as the business scales into new markets.”
Emma Plush, Managing Director of Intermediaries at Davies, said, “We are extremely pleased to support the launch of domusIQ MGA (UK) on our DMGA platform. By combining Davies’ platform capabilities with domusIQ’s advanced property technology, the business is well positioned to deliver scalable, data-driven underwriting with strong governance and operational efficiency. This further demonstrates our ability to help innovative, tech-forward MGAs bring differentiated propositions to market and support their future growth.”
Sev Keil, Chairman, domusIQ Risk Holding Ltd (Bermuda), said, “The launch of domusIQ Risk Holding is the natural next step for domusIQ, translating the real-time data and insight generated by our proprietary AI platform into a global risk and insurance business. Starting with the UK underwriting business, and with Donald and his team now at the helm, we have the leadership, capacity, and technology in place to build a differentiated, data-led risk management business at global scale.”
