Arc Legal appoints Ashley Law as Chief Executive Officer

Arc Legal Group, part of ANV Group Holdings, a provider of legal expenses insurance and assistance products, has announced the appointment of Ashley Law as chief executive.

Prior to this, Lee Taylor decided to resign from the position due to personal reasons. This decision will be effective on May 1, 2026, subject to regulatory approval. Taylor will remain with the company until the end of June to ensure an orderly transition.

In recent months, Arc Legal has strengthened its senior leadership team to support the next phase of growth, building on a strong operational foundation and a clear strategic plan.

Law, who joined the company as chief operating officer in December 2025, played a key role in these developments and will now lead the company as it continues to deliver on its strategy.

“Arc Legal’s strategy revolves around delivering market-leading products, best-in-class client outcomes and consistently high service standards,” commented Law.

“The business continues to grow and the leadership team has been strengthened over the past year and will maintain the momentum built during Mr. Taylor’s tenure.”

Taylor added: “After careful consideration, I have decided to exit the business to pursue personal interests. This transition has been shaped through a collaborative process with a shared focus on positioning the business for the next phase.”

Law continued, “I am grateful for the trust placed in me and Lee’s leadership and support throughout this process. In the coming weeks and months, my focus will be on maintaining our strong operating performance and delivering the high-quality service our partners and customers have come to expect, while driving Arc forward – accelerating our growth, expanding our reach, and shaping the future of our market to become the clear provider of choice.”
