Antoine Fleury has been appointed General Director of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions France, effective July 1, 2026, subject to regulatory and internal approvals.
Bruno Mostermans, who has led the French branch since 2011, is taking on a broader international role as the new Global Head of Account and Distribution Management, overseeing global distribution activities and broker relations.
Fleury has been with Swiss Re for twenty years, including nearly three years in Swiss Re’s Corporate Solutions division.
Prior to his appointment, he was Head of Global Distribution Management in Zurich and before that served as Head of Accounts and Distribution and Head of Sales Excellence.
Prior to joining Swiss Re in 2007, Fleury worked at Adecco Management & Consulting, a human resources and talent solutions organization.
Mostermans has been with Swiss Re Corporate Solutions for 15 years, joining Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in 2011 after ten years at XL Catlin.
Prior to that, he spent seven years at Gras Savoye, which was acquired by Willis Group in 2015 (later merged with Towers Watson to form Willis Towers Watson, now known as WTW)
