Antares Global, a specialist Lloyd’s syndicate renowned for delivering bespoke marine, aviation and property and casualty insurance solutions, has promoted Ina Salillari to head of retail business development reinsurance procurement.
She joined the group in 2020 as a reinsurance technician, later becoming a senior reinsurance technician and finally as a reinsurance buyer in March 2025.
Prior to joining Antares, she worked for more than two years as a ceded reinsurance technician at Bermuda-based Sompo International, the international operating arm of Tokyo-based Sompo Holdings. She held the same position at specialist insurance company Beazley for more than a year.
She started her industry career at Allianz Greece, where she worked in the Reinsurance and Credit Control departments for over nine years.
