Richard Keegan is a specialist property reinsurance and retrocession broker, joining specialist reinsurance broker Willis Re after nine years with Guy Carpenter.
Keegan has 15 years’ experience in the industry and has focused his entire career in Bermuda on building strong, trust-based relationships with key buyers and markets.
The executive started out as an assistant financial director at Aon and was later named a broker. He moved to Guy Carpenter in 2016, most recently as Director of Vintage Real Estate in Bermuda.
In this role, he was responsible for leading the development and implementation of retrocession programs for major Bermuda and international reinsurance companies.
Keegan is one of Willis Re’s latest additions. Willis Re board member Lucy Clarke commented: “Dickie brings a customer-focused approach to Willis Re, building strong relationships between buyers and the market.
