Willis Re, a specialist reinsurance broker and part of WTW, has strengthened its team with the appointment of Georgia Heathfield.
Heathfield is an accomplished insurance and reinsurance expert with over twenty years’ experience in the London market.
She started her career in RFIB’s accounts team in 2004 before moving to claims broking, focusing on reinsurance client services.
In 2017, she moved to Ark Syndicate Management, most recently as Head of Outbound Reinsurance, where she was responsible for strengthening governance and driving improvements in reporting, recovery and program management, while building trusting relationships with brokers and reinsurers.
Heathfield has developed a comprehensive end-to-end understanding of the entire insurance lifecycle during his career and has developed a reputation for delivering exceptional client management, technical accuracy and improved operational efficiency.
