Specialist reinsurance broker Willis Re has announced the addition of Megan Hart to strengthen its reinsurance analytics capabilities in catastrophe and climate risk management.
Hart has over 12 years of industry experience in reinsurance analysis and has deep expertise in catastrophe risk and climate risk management.
She began her career in Aon Re’s Catastrophe Management team in risk consulting, helping clients develop customized, informed risk views for key hazard areas.
Most recently, Hart served as global head of analytics and engagement for Aon’s climate risk advisory team, working with the firm’s broad base of venture capital clients to manage climate risk.
Willis Re said Hart’s expertise in natural disaster events and their wide-ranging impact on the built environment and beyond can support clients in underwriting and accumulation management, growth strategy considerations and risk transfer.
