Tysers appoints Marlena Truszczynska as Head of Shipping Claims

Tysers, the independent Lloyd’s insurance broker owned by Australia’s AUB Group, has appointed Marlena Truszczynska as head of shipping claims, marine and aviation.

The appointment is in line with Tysers’ long-term commitment to providing outstanding claims services to its clients.

Truszczynska brings extensive expertise with over 11 years of experience. Tesers said her leadership, creativity and global perspective will help drive innovation and solidify the broker’s position as a trusted partner.

Most recently, she served as Vice President of Claims at Norwegian Club Hull, where she led the resolution of complex claims cases across multiple jurisdictions and regions.

Truszczynska has successfully handled some of the most challenging claims across multiple markets and segments, while also advising clients on policy conditions.

As a qualified solicitor, she has established a strong reputation in the field of marine insurance education, regularly sharing her knowledge on a variety of industry topics.

Throughout her career, Truszczynska has been known for her strategic insight, collaborative approach, passion and unwavering commitment to excellence.
