Trident Marine Managers, the managing general underwriter of Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers (RSUM), has appointed Karolina Krol as its chief operating officer (COO), effective immediately.
In her new role, Krol will oversee Trident’s day-to-day operations, operational strategy and cross-functional coordination to ensure the company’s execution remains disciplined, efficient and closely aligned with our long-term vision.
She has over twenty years of experience in the insurance industry. To recap, Trident provides specialist marine and offshore energy insurance solutions and is part of RSUM, the underwriting management arm of Ryan Specialty.
