Swiss Re partners with PALIG to launch online life claims submission portal

Swiss Re, one of the world’s largest reinsurers, has developed and launched an online claims submission portal for life insurance beneficiaries in partnership with Pan American Life Insurance Group (PALIG), a provider of life, accident and health insurance across the Americas.

Designed to expand digital access to the claims process, the new portal marks an important milestone in PALIG’s digital transformation strategy and reinforces its commitment to service excellence.

The portal enables beneficiaries to submit claims online, streamlining the intake process, improving submission accuracy and speeding up claims processing.

The portal is powered by PromiseXP, Swiss Re’s end-to-end digital claims platform, and is designed to support a modern, unified claims experience across different markets and product lines.

The solution is currently available to beneficiaries of U.S. life insurance policies, with plans to further expand PALIG’s global life business.
