Sodalis Capital, an investment company specializing in international insurance intermediaries, announced the establishment of Brecon Specialty Ltd.

Headquartered in London, the new brokerage will provide specialist brokerage and risk advisory services to independent brokers in global markets, in addition to servicing direct clients. Its core focus is global cyber and technology errors and omissions (E&O) risks.

Brecon Specialty will commence operations with a team of 14 professionals. The company is led by David Rees, and the team brings together more than a century of combined industry experience. The team contributes deep brokerage expertise and long-standing relationships in the London insurance market.
