SageSure appoints John Sence as Chief Sales Officer

SageSure, a general underwriter (MGU) specializing in U.S. catastrophic properties, announced the appointment of John Sence as chief sales officer.

In his new role, Sence will oversee sales strategy, distribution expansion and high-impact manufacturer engagement, reinforcing SageSure’s commitment to driving growth and supporting partners.

He brings experience in underwriting and agency operations. Sence spent 14 years in the independent agency system, building his business record and managing sales teams, followed by a decade overseeing field and national sales growth for a top carrier.

Prior to joining SageSure, he spent 11 years at Cincinnati Insurance Company, most recently as Vice President and Central Region Personal Lines Sales Manager, responsible for personal lines sales and distribution throughout the “Central Region,” from Ohio to Alabama and Texas to North Dakota.
