AXA XL, the property and casualty arm of global insurance company AXA Group, has appointed Liz Rychling as head of large commercial and mid-market broker relations for the Americas.
She will be based in New York and report to Matt O’Malley, chief customer and distribution officer, AXA XL Americas.
In her new role, Rychling will design and implement distribution programs, liaise with broker partners, analyze performance data and work with internal teams to improve productivity and service quality.
She has more than 25 years of risk management, insurance, legal and strategic leadership experience. Richlin began his career in law, specializing in insurance defense.
Most recently, Rychling served as senior vice president of risk management for MGM Resorts International, where he oversaw global insurance programs, legal and claims teams. She leads property, casualty and finance department teams across multiple properties globally. In the past, she has held leadership positions at AIG, El Ad Group and Las Vegas Sands Corp.
