deal handshake mergers and acquisitions

Property Guardian, a wildfire risk analytics and mitigation intelligence provider and part of Green Shield Holdings, has partnered with wildfire prevention platform BurnBot to deliver data-driven wildfire mitigation and property risk resilience.

This partnership combines leading risk intelligence with precision mitigation technology. The goal is to assist property owners, insurance companies and community stakeholders in reducing wildfire exposure and improving property insurability.

Paul Brady, Director of Wildfire Insights and Mitigation at Property Guardian, said: “We are excited to partner with BurnBot, a true innovator in wildfire mitigation. By combining our high-resolution wildfire risk data with BurnBot’s cutting-edge mitigation technology, we provide property owners with the tools they need to reduce risk and improve insurability. This collaboration advances our shared mission of protecting people, property and communities from wildfire.”

Property Guardian’s analytics platform provides critical data to insurance companies, government agencies and key real estate stakeholders, including wildfire exposure scores, structural risk indicators and parcel-specific hazard assessments.

Combining BurnBot’s technology (integrated robots, AI-driven planning tools and precisely specified fire protection systems), the collaboration creates an end-to-end solution for risk identification, treatment and verification.

Brittany Black, director of growth and partnerships at BurnBot, commented: “Wildfire risk is rising faster than traditional mitigation methods can keep up. This partnership enhances our ability to precision and scale wildfire prevention.

“With Property Guardian’s parcel-level insights embedded in the BurnBot platform, customers can target the highest-risk areas, deploy mitigation measures more effectively, and measure the degree of risk reduction achieved. This is an important step toward making communities more resilient and properties more insurable.”
