Lloyds Group AEGIS London has announced the promotion of Tom Prifti to international E&O (errors and omissions) collective underwriter.
Prifti will succeed Martin King, who will retire at the end of 2025 after ten years at AEGIS London and a long and distinguished career beginning at CT Bowring in 1982.
In his new role, Prifti will lead the strategic development of the E&O team, manage a diverse portfolio and provide exceptional client service.
The team is highly regarded for its technical expertise in a variety of fields, including architects, accountants, engineers, lawyers, IT professionals, insurance professionals and affinity groups.
Prifti has been part of AEGIS London since joining the company in 2014 as a claims adjuster, before joining the E&O underwriting team in 2016.
Over the past decade, the executive has built a strong reputation in the market and has deep expertise in both face-to-face underwriting at Lloyd’s and digital trading of Canadian E&O risks through AEGIS London’s Online Quotation Binding Platform (OPAL).
