Plane with Party Animals baseball team players lands safely at Lehigh Valley International Airport after being struck by lightning

LEHIGH COUNTY, Pa. (WPVI) — A plane carrying players from the Party Animals baseball team was struck by lightning while traveling to Lehigh Valley International Airport.

The flight came from Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

The plane landed safely at LVIA, according to officials.

Garett Delano posted on Facebook about being on the plane when it happened. He was also vlogging about the delayed trip on his YouTube page.

Delano says everything was fine while they were on the flight, as well.

The Party Animals are playing two games in the Lehigh Valley this weekend.
