Xavier Pazmino has been appointed executive vice president and head of maritime for Chubb Overseas General (COG), Chubb’s international general insurance business, effective February 2026.
Pasmino succeeds Andrew Williamson in the role and will be responsible for the growth and profitability of Chubb’s international maritime business, including wholesale and retail operations.
The executive has nearly three decades of insurance industry experience, most recently serving as president of Anda’s Panama and Central America region.
Prior to that, Pazmino spent 15 years as head of maritime for Latin America, overseeing growth and profitability in the region.
