MNK International, part of the MNK Group and an independent Lloyd’s broker, announced the appointment of Naman Kumar as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Naaman brings a distinguished career characterized by transformational leadership at leading institutions in global finance, insurance and reinsurance.
Prior to his new appointment, Kumar served as Group Chief Financial Officer, where he played a key role in driving transformation and strengthening the foundation of the Group.
His achievements include coordinating strategic M&A transactions across continents and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive SAP and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks.
Notably, he led the design and execution of a large back-office center in India, a move credited with enhancing the form’s operational excellence.
Prior to MNK, Naman held senior positions at major financial institutions including the Public Investment Fund (PIF), The Carlyle Group and Tails Capital, specializing in private equity, venture capital and corporate development.
