European property and casualty insurance group Marco Capital Holdings Limited has completed the acquisition of Malta-based insurance company Stewart Title Europe Limited.
The transaction, first announced in December, has now received all necessary regulatory approvals and is fully completed.
Stewart Title Europe Limited is a specialist insurance company that has been in the red since the start of 2025.
It offers a suite of title insurance products designed to cover losses arising from title-related risks in property transactions.

In related news, Marco recently completed the acquisition of Dublin-based Benteler Re from Benteler Group.
