Joe Peiser will lead Aon’s risk capital capabilities in commercial risk and reinsurance solutions as the broker continues to enhance and execute its risk capital strategy.
Peiser joined Aon in 2021 as head of commercial risk, North America, and became global CEO of commercial risk in 2023.
He brings more than three decades of industry experience in brokerage leadership, risk advisory, client advisory roles and executive roles in North America, the UK and Bermuda to his new role.
In his new role as CEO of Risk Capital, Peiser will continue to report to Aon Global Solutions CEO Andy Marcell and will work closely with solutions lines, regional leaders and Aon Business Services to help the company accelerate the delivery of end-to-end solutions.
