Global insurance and reinsurance brokerage group Howden has announced the appointment of Jamie Wan as senior director of Asia M&A.
Wan has 14 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Howden, she worked at global re/insurance brokerage Aon, most recently as head of AMATS transaction advisory services in Asia.
Prior to that, she served as vice president of private equity and M&A services at Marsh for more than three years.
Wan began his career with Tokio Marine Insurance Group (Asia) as a property and casualty underwriter.
Howden said in a recent LinkedIn post, “Jamie has extensive professional experience in the M&A insurance space and has spent many years navigating complex regional markets. Her deep technical expertise and strategic approach to risk will be invaluable as we continue to provide customized solutions to our clients’ most complex transactions.”
