HDI Global SE, an international insurer specializing in commercial and industrial clients, announces the appointment of Fraser Galbraith as senior engineering underwriter based in Dubai.
Galbraith brings more than 12 years of engineering experience to his new role. Prior to joining HDI Global, he served as a Senior Construction Risk Engineer at Chubb.
Prior to this, he worked as an Engineering Claims Adjuster at Integra Technical Services Ltd, focusing on claims from the construction, engineering and energy production industries.
Earlier in his career, Galbraith served as a Senior Engineering Project Manager at International Power and Water Investments (IPWI) and as a Professional Engineer at MWH Global (now part of Stantec).
John Morrell, head of engineering, energy and power underwriting for the Middle East at HDI Global, said: “We are delighted to have Fraser join HDI’s Dubai office, bringing with him comprehensive technical knowledge of the region.
