Grace Emson has joined WTW-owned insurance broker Willis as a senior agent in the International Property Facultative’s UK team.
The executive has nearly 15 years of industry experience and has deep expertise in international real estate markets, client services and negotiations.
Emson’s new role will report to Patrick Green, UK head of international adjuncts, and will focus on driving growth of the firm’s international adjunct real estate portfolio.
This includes effectively understanding cedant requirements, developing tailored placement strategies and successfully negotiating in the reinsurance market.
She will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, strengthening relationships with underwriters and cedents in key markets, supporting efficient and effective placement delivery and ensuring clients receive solutions that are aligned with their needs and the changing dynamics of the international real estate landscape.

Prior to Emson joining WTW, she spent eight years at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, most recently as a senior property underwriter.
During her career, the executive also held roles at The Navigators Group, Torus Insurance and MSIG.
