Founder and CEO José Astorqui defines Crew Reinsurance Brokers’ strategy through two main pillars.
The first project builds on ATL Re, which is consolidating its customer portfolio and expanding into high-demand business lines.
This includes taking advantage of new international opportunities, such as recent initiatives in San José, Costa Rica, under Ramiro López Villalobos, as well as collaborations with Spanish intermediaries.
Essentially, this growth is driven by stable, long-term relationships based on mutual trust, the company noted.
The second pillar is the development of a regional platform for reinsurance brokers who value a professional environment without company constraints.
This collaborative ecosystem provides shared infrastructure and resources, allowing professionals to maintain independence and avoid conflicts of interest.
The company is fully operational in the United States, Central America, South America and the Caribbean and holds the necessary licenses and registrations.
