Aon Central and Eastern Europe (Aon CEE) has announced the appointment of three senior leadership appointments to Aon Commercial Risk CZ, including Hana Pavelkova as CEO and a member of Aon CEE’s Board of Directors.
In addition, Zuzana Petrelli has been appointed chief commercial officer and Kristyna Blechova has been appointed chief brokerage officer of Aon Commercial Risk CZ.
Pavelkova has thirty years of industry experience. Prior to joining Aon, she worked at RENOMIA as a senior insurance specialist in the areas of real estate, M&A and construction. In this role, she developed real estate, M&A and construction strategies for CEE offices and Renomia Europe partners across 29 countries in the region, developing expertise for CEE private equity funds and real estate developers.
Petrelli has more than 15 years of experience in the financial and insurance fields. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer of RENOMIA’s Prague branch. Prior to that, she worked for six years at Volvo Financial Services as country manager for the Czech Republic. Previously, she worked as Insurance Sales Manager (RET) at ČSOB Leasing.
Blechova joins Aon after more than six years at Marsh McLennan, where she most recently served as corporate executive. In this role, she led the strategic management of insurance and risk programs for key corporate clients, ensuring optimal coverage, compliance and cost efficiencies across multiple jurisdictions.
“The new leadership’s primary focus will be to continue to develop Aon as a strong and respected partner to our clients, focus on sustainable business growth, increase awareness of the Aon brand and, last but not least, further invest in our internal talent,” the company said in a recent LinkedIn post.
