Global re/insurance brokerage Aon has announced a new leadership structure for its U.S. specialty distribution division within Reinsurance Solutions, spanning E&S carriers, MGA/MGU, project-specific carriers, hybrid fronts and licensing platforms.

Aon has established a dedicated leadership team to oversee the division, which aims to enhance Aon’s expertise, strengthen relationships with operators and MGAs, and improve the solutions provided to customers.

These leaders will be responsible for guiding the overall strategy, execution and growth agenda, ensuring close collaboration across reinsurance, commercial, risk, capital advisory and analytics to deliver coordinated, data-driven solutions to clients and trading partners.

These appointments include Sarah Freitag, who has been named head of the U.S. Specialty Distribution and E&S division.

Additionally, Cory Schilling has been named head of MGA, responsible for leading Aon’s MGA division strategy across MGA, MGU and licensing platforms.

He will serve as the primary executive contact for MGA’s customers and will work closely with carrier-focused leaders to align distribution strategies with customer needs.

Cory Anderson has been named MGA Programs and MGA/MGU Growth Leader, responsible for driving growth through new program development and platform opportunities.

The executive will also coordinate with Aon’s commercial risk solutions and specialized distribution teams to deliver cohesive client solutions.
